Reading Program

Success Reading

"Success Reading" is KidWorks' multi-sensory , which targets reading fluency, comprehension, phonemic awareness, and spelling skills. Based on the Lindamood-Bell reading programs, this intensive session will address difficulties such as: Dyslexia, memory difficulties, limited sight-word vocabularies, spelling difficulties, comprehension and writing issues. Amanda Harpst, licensed Speech and Language Therapist has completed advanced training in these areas, and will be providing the specialized service.

Program Details:

• 8 individual sessions with no more than 2 students at a time.
• Preliminary testing
• Introductory and follow-up parent meetings.
• Program fee of $980

Program fee covers 8 sessions in addition to the initial literacy, comprehension, phonemic awareness, and spelling evaluation with written report.

This program requires full parent involvement for optimal results: parents are required to be present at each session in order to learn the methods and techniques to continue at home.
